    • At least one registration is required for each abstract to be included in the proceedings.
    • Participants who contribute with an accepted paper or poster could benefit from a special rate: 680€ VAT excl. - 816€ VAT incl. (conditioned to registration after the notification of acceptance and before November 10).

    Cancellation before January 8, 2016: full refund

    Cancellation after January 26, 2015: 100% penalties
